VESSEL FORM: A scarf, similar in nature to the one she once wielded as a weapon, but otherwise "normal" in appearance. Resists being burned by Rita's own fire. A rich blue, with a wing motif.
POWER: Fireballs, similar in design to Rita's arte of the same effect. Several balls of flame around the size of a soccer ball issue from the end of the scarf. Weak homing on a target. Very much capable of starting a fire.
CAUSE OF DEATH: Hypothermia, as a direct result of spell design backfire. While working out a new arte combining wind and water energy, Rita successfully replicated Atlas, a spell that creates a dome of freezing water and air, but it solidified and she couldn't get out of it.
